Content: On April 1, 2026, the State Intellectual Property Office announced that the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Deep Cooperation Zone Urban Planning and Construction Bureau, Beijing Anke Xingye Technology Co., Ltd., China Railway 15th Bureau Group Co., Ltd., China Huaxi Engineering Design & Construction Co., Ltd., Zhuhai Construction Engineering Quality Monitoring Station, and China Construction Technology Group Co., Ltd. jointly obtained a patent entitled "A Grouting Material and Application Method for Rapid Solidification Process of High Water Content Silt," with authorization announcement number CN117229006B.
This patent relates to the field of soft soil solidification technology. The grouting material includes 42.5 grade cement, blast furnace slag powder, gypsum, accelerator, polyvinyl alcohol, aluminum sulfate, polyacrylamide, and water-reducing agent. Based on mass fraction, the grouting material comprises 60%–70% grade 42.5 cement, 20%–30% blast furnace slag powder, 2%–5% gypsum, 3%–5% accelerator, 0.3%–0.7% polyvinyl alcohol, 1%–2% aluminum sulfate, 0.5‰–1‰ polyacrylamide, and 1‰–2‰ water-reducing agent. This grouting material utilizes the early-strength and rapid curing principle of geopolymer materials, combined with accelerators and other materials to regulate the hydration rate, thereby achieving rapid treatment of silty strata.
