The concrete blanket  uses a 3D fiber matrix woven from polyethylene and polypropylene filaments and contains a specially formulated dry concrete mix Or needle-punched nonwoven and woven textile to containers concrete.

Advantages:

Eco-friendly solution with a low mass, lower carbon technology which uses up to 95% less material than conventional concrete. A single pallet of CC can cover the same area as two 17T mixer trucks for many applications

It is five-times as abrasion resistant as standard OPC concrete, has excellent chemical resistance, good weathering performance and will not degrade in UV

Incorporates strong fibre reinforcement which prevents cracking, absorbs energy from impact and provides a stable failure mode

Provides more than 60% CO2e saving compared to conventional concrete solutions for erosion control applications in the UK. Calculate carbon savings for your next project here

A durability in excess of 120 years when used in erosion control application

Feature:

Quick and Easy Installation: Hardens after simple hydration, requiring no additional tools or equipment.

High Durability: Resistant to weathering, water, and mechanical stress, ensuring long-term performance.

Flexible and Adaptable: Conforms to uneven surfaces, making it suitable for irregular terrains.

Waterproof and Eco-Friendly: Provides excellent water resistance while being safe for environmental use.

Cost-Effective Solution: Reduces labor and material costs compared to traditional concrete methods.

Application:

Slope Protection: Stabilizes slopes and prevents erosion in highways, embankments, and reservoirs.

Water Channels and Drainage Systems: Protects canals, ditches, and culverts from erosion and water damage.

Landfill and Retaining Walls: Reinforces and protects landfill caps and retaining wall structures.

Aquaculture and Fish Ponds: Provides erosion-resistant lining for fish ponds and aquatic environments.
