A: We take the following measures to reduce risk: Export-grade packaging + pallet securing; Taking photos to confirm packaging condition before shipment; Arranging third-party pre-shipment inspection (SGS, etc.).

A: Trade Terms: FOB (major ports such as Qingdao/Shanghai/Tianjin), CIF, and CFR are all acceptable. Payment Method: T/T wire transfer (usually 30% deposit + 70% balance upon receipt of copy of bill of lading), details negotiable.

Q: Can you provide samples?

A: Yes. We provide free samples (small size), with shipping costs borne by the buyer. For pre-production samples before large-volume orders, a sample fee is required, which will be refunded upon placing a formal order. Samples usually come with corresponding test reports for customer verification.

Q: What are the production cycle and delivery time?

A: Standard products are typically produced and shipped within 10-20 business days after order confirmation. This depends on: product type and quantity; whether customized specifications are required; and we recommend informing us of your target delivery date in advance so that we can arrange production and booking accordingly.

Q: How should the product be packaged? Is it suitable for sea freight?

A: All products use export-grade packaging: Geotextile/Geomembrane: Roll packaging, with an outer PE film or woven fabric protective layer, suitable for container loading. Geocells: Can be folded into rolls to save on shipping costs. Drainage Boards: Flat or roll packaging, depending on order quantity. Packaging design fully considers the requirements for moisture and abrasion protection during sea transport. Palletized packaging and customized shipping marks are available.
